To help provide residents of our service area acces to decision-making processes of state, local, and federal governments.To improve living conditions of residents in our service area, by providing housing to low and moderate income families.To improve communications and cooperation of area residents, from all racial, ethnic and religious groups and of all ages.To recuit any federal, state, or local funds that are available to the area for the purpose of maintaining and improving the residential neighborhoods.
